Winners can win only once every 90 days (no exceptions). If by accident they do, they will be contacted by the Promotions department. All winners will be checked by the Data Base system for record keeping. Winners will also be asked at the time of the contest if they have won within the last 90 days.

TRIPS: All trip winners must be 18 years of age.

MONEY GIVE A WAYS: Winners can only win once every six (6) months.

Winners have 30 days to pick up their prizes or it will be forfeited.

Winners must present valid I D, such as a driver's license, which includes name, address and signature. They must also provide 900 GOLD WATV with their social security number if requested. Other I D may be acceptable at 900 GOLD WATV'S discretion.

Prizes are non transferable except at 900 GOLD WATV's discretion. No susstitutes will be awarded for prizes. Concert and event cancelations are not the control of 900 GOLD WATV and therefore, we are not able to replace canceled concert and event tickets or prizes.

No purchase necessary to win.

Employees of 900 GOLD WATV, Sheridan Broadcasting, it's affiliates, participating agencies, contest sponsors and their families are not eligible to win. Winners agree to hold 900 GOLD WATV, Sheridan Broadcasting and it's affiliates harmless against all claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize winning.
